Privacy and enquiry data

The enquiry form may collect destination, powertrain and condition preferences, version or year, route and equipment needs, budget, timing, email address, WhatsApp number and the free-text details you choose to provide. Basic server logs can include IP address, browser information, requested URL, time and security events.

Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identity files or information that is not needed to answer the vehicle request.

Enquiry data is used to understand the requested vehicle, reply through the selected contact route, evaluate candidate and export requirements, maintain request history, prevent abuse and protect service security. Processing follows the request and legitimate operational needs; consent is collected before form submission.

The site uses Cloudflare to deliver pages, security controls and same-domain images. Form processing and business communication may involve infrastructure or staff in more than one country, including China and Hong Kong. Relevant data may therefore be processed outside the visitor's location.

Information can be shared with inspection, logistics, customs or destination providers only when needed to respond to a requested route. Each provider is responsible for its own processing.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for response, follow-up, transaction records, dispute handling, legal duties and security. Unused records should be deleted or minimised when those purposes no longer apply.

Reasonable technical and organisational controls reduce risk, but no internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. Avoid sending sensitive material before the receiving identity and purpose are clear.

This static site does not intentionally use advertising profiles or behavioural analytics. Essential infrastructure may use security or delivery mechanisms. Visitors can request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw from future contact, or ask how an enquiry is being handled.
